applications service provider, announced today a strategic partnership
to deliver a complete package of management tools for all voice and
data services. ProfitLine will incorporate the cost allocation information
derived from SAIs Sierra Gold Virtual Telemanagement
System (Sierra Gold VTS) into their BillManagement service
to provide clients with end to end TeleCostManagement capabilities from
the enterprise level down to the desktop. Both companies will offer
comprehensive voice and data management services, including everything
from enterprise-wide cost recovery and bill management to employee-level
expense allocation to help companies reduce costs.
