General Job Duties: The Telecom Analyst position involves data collection, data entry, and analysis of client telecom billing information to determine baseline cost factors, compliance with existing services contracts, and cost savings analysis in support of the company’s TeleCostManagement services. The ideal candidate for this position will possess excellent proficiency in data entry speed and accuracy, strong analytical skills, and highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications. This candidate would also posses a basic knowledge of telecom terms and similar previous experience in working with telecom related billing.
