ProfitLine offers a fun and challenging work environment where contributions are rewarded. ProfitLine offers a competitive compensation and benefits plan to all regular employees.

Pay Days
Employees are paid bi-monthly on the 15th and the last day of each month.

401(k) Pre-tax Retirement Plan
ProfitLine offers participation is its 401(k) Pre-tax Retirement Plan. All employees are eligible to participate in the 401(k) Retirement Plan after the first of the month following 90 days of employment. Profitline also provides employer matching contributions up to 3% of annual salary.

Complete Health Care Package with Pre-tax Premiums

	Medical and Dental Insurance Medical and dental insurance is offered to each full-time regular employee on the first of the month following 90 days of employment. Employees have a choice of coverage types on these plans at low cost rates. Dependent coverage is also available to each employee with pre-tax premiums deducted from the ProfitLine automated payroll system.
	Life Insurance ProfitLine provides $25,000 in life insurance for each full-time regular employee at no cost to the employee.
	Accidental Death and Dismemberment Profitline provides $25,000 in Accidental Death and Dismemberment insurance to each full-time regular employee at no cost to the employee

Vacation, Holiday and Sick Pay
ProfitLine has a generous time-off policy which includes vacation accrual at the rate of up to two weeks per year for the first four years, up to three weeks for years five through nine and four weeks for years fifteen and beyond. In addition to vacation time, ProfitLine employees enjoy ten paid holidays each year and up to six sick days each year.

Employee Referral Program
The Employee Referral Bonus Program was developed as a response to the Company’s rapid growth. Recruiting qualified employees is key to our continued success. Since employees often have friends, family or acquaintances that may be well qualified for jobs in our Company, we have decided to continue to provide an incentive for successful recruitment of those people. ProfitLine employees are awarded a $500 bonus for their referrals in the ProfitLine Employee Referral Program.

Educational Assistance
ProfitLine has an Educational Assistance Plan to help employees continue their education and career advancement. The tuition-reimbursement program covers education on subjects that are directly related to the Company’s operations, activities and objectives.  Our goal is to enable our employees to perform their current duties better or to advance within the Company. Employees of ProfitLine are eligible to be reimbursed for up to $1,500 in eligible educational reimbursement expenses.
